  • Will my car be safe at the Heathrow Business Parking car park?
  • Business Parking Heathrow is protected by 24-hour CCTV and is manned 24 hours a day and patrolled regularly. It has a perimeter fence, lighting at night and entry and exit barriers.
    The car park holds the AA/Police Gold Award, the highest security award a car park can hold, and the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. To be awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit.
    Parking is at the owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

  • What do I do upon arrival at the Heathrow Business Parking car park?
  • The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
    At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.

  • What do I do on my return from holiday?
  • For tickets with the Booking Reference printed insert the ticket at the barrier. If no Booking Reference is shown please go to the Customer Service window and present the ticket quoting your reference.

  • How do I get to the car park?
  • Directions from M4: at Junction 3 follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along the A312 through one traffic light junction for approximately 1 mile until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Continue to the junction with the A30 and turn right. Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the Terminal 4 slip road which will be on the left. The car parks are signposted from this point. As you approach the Terminal 4 roundabout stay in the left hand lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next junction turn left and Business Parking Terminal 4 will be on the right hand side.

    From the M25: At Junction 14 follow sings to Terminal 4 along Airport Way (A3113). At the next roundabout / traffic light junction, go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Cross the next roundabout and travel through three sets of traffic lights, on reaching the next roundabout continue straight ahead. Business Parking Terminal 4 will be on the right, across the dual carraigeway. The entrance is clearly signposted.

  • What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
  • You can pay for any additional parking time on your return.

    Rates for the car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an accurate cost of the extra days.

  • Are there any disabled facilities?
  • There are disabled parking bays next to the customer services office. However, the transfer buses are not wheelchair accessible. If you need wheelchair access, you'll need to let the car park know in advance so they can arrange transport for you.

  • Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
  • There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes up more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces. No commercial vehicles are allowed.

  • Is there anything else I need to know about the car park?
  • Please note that transfers between 22:30 and 05:00 are on request. If you need a transfer between these times, please call the car park direct to arrange this.

    The bays in the Business Parking car park are wider than standard parking bays.
    You cannot change your booking less than 24 hours before your arrival time.
    Parking charges are calculated in blocks of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
