The official BAA on-airport car park for terminals 1 and 3, and 5. We have a range of added value services, including Long Stay Plus at Tereminal 5. Just drop your car at the car park and it will be parked for you. On your way back, it'll be brought to the terminal for you so you can head straight home.

  • Will my car be safe?
  • Heathrow Long Stay Parking is manned 24 hours a day and is protected by CCTV, a fence and frequent patrols by high profile security vehicles. The car park holds the Park Mark security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.
    Parking is at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of Long Stay T1 and T3.

  • What do I do upon arrival?
  • Long Term Parking Heathrow has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
    When you arrive at the car park, take a ticket and follow signs to the zone indicated on the board. Make a note of the zone and the nearest bus stop. Your booking reference will be printed on the ticket. If instead it says 'cashier', you should report to customer services on your return.

  • What do I do on my return from holiday?
  • To transfer back to the car park from terminal 1, go to the Long Stay courtesy coach pick-up point and catch the Long Stay bus. Passengers flying into terminal 3 should go to bus stop 17.
    To get out of the car park, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically. If your ticket has 'cashier' printed on it, report to the customer service office by the exit.

  • How often do the transfers run and are they included?
  • Transfers are included, take 7-15 minutes and run every 10-12 minutes

  • How do I get to the car park?
  • From the M4: Leave the motorway at junction 4. Follow the signs for Heathrow airport and then the signs for long term parking. This will take you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Stay on this road, which will become the Eastern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to the car park.

    From the M25: Follow the signs for Heathrow airport and then the signs for long term parking. This will take you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Stay on this road, which will become the Eastern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to the car park.

  • What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
  • You can pay for any additional parking time on your return.

    Rates for the car parks do vary depending on time of year so we are unable to supply an accurate cost of the extra days.

  • No

  • Are there any disabled facilities?
  • The buses have low floors and space to accommodate wheelchairs. The BAA Help Bus, a special bus designed for passengers with mobility problems or a lot of luggage, is also available but you need to request it in advance.

  • Is there a maximum car size, or any height restrictions?
  • There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for two spaces.

  • Is there anything else I need to know about the car park?
  • Long Stay is the official long term on-airport Heathrow car park and was previously called Parking Express.
    Transfers between 10.30pm and 5am are provided on demand. If you need to get from the airport to the car park between these times, you should call the car park on 020 8745 6272, and the transfer bus will come and get you.
    You can't make any changes to your booking within 24 hours of the time you're due to arrive at the car park.
    Parking prices are calculated in 24-hour blocks, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.
